Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the tracking updates.
